Why charge anything at all?
The $50 fee filters out non-serious listings and covers payment processing, NDA e-signature, and document storage. It also lets us avoid commissions, which align poorly with sellers.
What happens if my listing doesn't sell?
Nothing. You keep the listing live as long as you want. There's no time limit and no recurring charge.
Do I have to pay again to update my listing?
No. Edit photos, asking price, financials, and documents anytime. The $50 covers the lifetime of that listing.
What if I list multiple stations?
Each listing is $50. List a single location, list a portfolio of ten — the per-listing fee is the same.
Is there a fee when the sale closes?
No. Octaned takes no percentage of the sale and charges no closing fee. The platform is free to use through closing.
How do I pay?
Listing payment is processed at checkout when you publish, via a secure third-party payment processor. We don't see or store your card.
