Octaned collects a W-9 from any third party we pay $600 or more to in a calendar year — typically closers, brokers, or environmental consultants who've been engaged through our referral network. The form below is the structured intake; you can also attach a scanned PDF of your signed W-9.

Important: please type only the last four digits of your TIN below. Submit the full TIN only on the scanned PDF. Octaned never displays full TINs in the UI and stores uploads encrypted at rest.
